Founder Ellie McNevin began her career as an editor at titles such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, House Beautiful and Veranda. Since moving to the world of PR more than ten years ago, she has used her editorial background and contacts to do PR differently— for Ellie, it’s never solely been about connecting clients with the right publications, but helping them unlock growth along the way, too.

  • Ellie McNevin

    FOUNDER, HEAD OF PR

    Ellie McNevin began her career in publishing, working in New York as an editor for top national titles, such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, House Beautiful and Veranda. Since moving to the world of PR en + years ago, she has used her editorial background and contacts to help clients ranging from interior designers to Fortune 500 companies navigate the world of public relations.

  • Nicole Noble

    HEAD OF MARKETING

    At the start of her career, Nicole was integral in developing London-based media company SheerLuxe into one of the first publishers in the UK to create new, innovative and experiential commercial options as the publishing landscape experienced huge change in the 2010s. . She then shifted to brand building, working with over 30 startups in the UK and US on marketing, growth, and GTM plans that raised millions.

  • Jodi Rives

    PR DIRECTOR

    Jodi Rives is an experienced PR and brand marketing professional with 15 years of experience guiding consumer brands like CoverGirl, Green Mountain Coffee, Nestle Waters, Pillsbury, Timberland, and Smirnoff. She was previously a Vice President at starpower in New York where she counseled and connected spirits brands with pop culture influencers and content.

  • Nick McNevin

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Originally from Australia, Nick brings his Michelin-star restaurant experience to Birdie. Formerly a chef at Jean-Georges and Corton among others he excels in managing complex operations, from running back-of-house in 50 person kitchens to back-of-house for the Birdie team and clients.

  • Sydney Campbell

    SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Sydney Campbell is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in public relations. Before joining the Birdie team she worked with New York based agencies representing top beauty, food and fashion brands. She is based in Charleston, SC and at her role at Birdie is focused on crafting the perfect pitches and building editor relationships to land national press hits for our talented clients.

  • Elise Nicholson

    SENIOR PROJECT SPECIALIST

    Elise handles all project management tasks for Birdie clients and is the point person for special initiatives such as Birdie’s annual Camp La Fontaine retreat. She is based in Scotland just outside Edinburgh and is a graduated top of her class with a degree in fashion merchandising from Robert Gordon University.

  • Jaylen Finney

    DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

    Jaylen is an expert marketing strategist who has partnered with brands like Havenly and HUM Nutrition to expand their reach through innovative digital tactics. He also served as a performance marketing coordinator at Grove Collaborative, where he managed content strategies and oversaw both organic and paid initiatives.
